While it didn’t take too long for developers to create cheats that could circumvent COD anti-cheat, it did throw them for a loop when it was first released. Beyond this momentary advantage, the development of COD anti-cheat also meant that Activision could save money on third-party solutions.
Admittedly, there was a pretty high up front cost to creating anti-cheat for COD in house, but from that point on, Activision was saving money on their cheat deterrence. This is because they no longer had to pay subscription costs for anti-cheat programs like BattlEye or EAC, reducing expenses in the long run.
COD anti-cheat has had a pretty spotty history since it was first implemented. When it first came out, it did a pretty good job of stopping cheat dead in COD. After the initial adjustment period, cheat developers were able to get over these hurdles, but every now and then, anti-cheat developers are able to detect some hacks.
This anti-cheat program has been in use since at least Call of Duty Modern Warfare, and it’s showing no signs of going away now that Call of Duty Vanguard is being released. In fact, it seems that Activision is doubling down on their gamble of having their own anti-cheat program.
However, while they may be around for the long run, so are we. Our developers have grown accustomed to working against COD anti-cheat and we’re confident that we’ll be able to circumvent it for the foreseeable future, barring any unexpected drastic developments.
When shopping around for hacks, many players make the mistake of thinking that they can pick up a hack set and instantly destroy their enemies without any more effort. Unfortunately, cheating requires some baseline skills and you also have to know what kinds of cheats will work best for you.
There are plenty of different available cheats for COD Vanguard
, and you have to examine how you play the game to be sure that you’re going to get the best cheats around. For example, some players may be more comfortable running and gunning, going around killing people with a COD Vanguard aimbot
and no recoil
On the other hand, some players may prefer having more information about their enemies and where they can expect to see them. Knowing where your enemies are coming from will make it a lot easier for you to avoid getting killed since you’ll be able to either pre-aim them or preempt their actions.
We firmly believe that there are two kinds of players in a first person shooter like COD Vanguard. The first kind of player is the one who is mechanically gifted enough to get by on their sheer skill. This player doesn’t need map knowledge because they get by on pure reflexes.
On the other hand, the other kind of player uses all of the knowledge they have about COD to their utmost advantage. Knowing about how various weapons work and which ones are meta will allow you to set up your loadouts so that you’re less likely to get beaten by most of your enemies.
Both of these approaches are completely valid, but if you’re going to use the best cheats, you want to be sure that they’ll make up for your weaknesses. Players who rely on pure skill are more likely to benefit from hacks like COD Vanguard wall hacks
, since they’ll need the extra info about enemy positions.
On the other hand, a player that’s already well-acquainted with the game’s strategies will likely need an aimbot
more than anything. This will allow them to reach the same level of mechanical skill as their opponents, all the while being able to benefit from their in-depth knowledge about the game.
