Cheating in Rust is an excellent way to improve your experience of the game since you’ll be far more powerful than your average player. Being able to fight on unequal terms will turn you into a god at Rust since you’ll be able to track down things with relative ease and you can use aimbots to make sure your shots always land accurately.
However, whenever you cheat in a game like Rust, you’re taking a risk that you may end up getting banned, and if you don’t want to lose access to the game, there are a few things to keep in mind. In this article, I’m going to take a look at what you should know about Rust anti-cheat and how you can avoid getting banned by it.
Rust uses a few different forms of anti-cheat protection, but the most common one is EAC, also known as Easy Anti-Cheat. EAC is a subscription based anti-cheat service that allows games to safeguard themselves against cheats that are in the anti-cheat service’s database, but thankfully, EAC isn’t as effective as players would like it to be.
This is because anti-cheat databases are typically filled with older kinds of cheats that are no longer sold by top cheat websites like ourselves. Instead, we offer advanced cheats that are extremely difficult for programs like EAC to detect, especially if they’re external hacks.
However, EAC isn’t the only way that Facepunch protects their game from hackers, and many cheaters are banned from servers individually. Rust is a game that has plenty of private servers, so if people think you’re hacking on a private server, then you may end up getting banned by the community.
Thankfully, community servers typically can’t get you banned from the whole game. In most cases, you’ll just end up getting banned from that particular server. However, if you develop a reputation for yourself in the community, then you may find yourself getting banned from quite a few servers.
If you’re trying to get around anti-cheat measures in Rust, then the most important thing to do is to use the right hacks. Using proper hacks will ensure that EAC will have a much harder time detecting you and handing you out an automated ban. This will also reduce your chances of getting hardware banned.
Also, if you’re trying to dodge community bans, then it would be a good idea to ensure that you don’t use the most obvious cheats at your disposal. Using things like flyhacks and silent aim hacks will make it easier for people to spot that you’re cheating and then ban you from their server.
Finally, if you decide to use hacks that are relatively safe, you’ll still have to make sure that you don’t end up configuring your cheats too aggressively. Be sure to turn up your aimbot smoothness and try not to make it obvious that you’re using something like a wallhack or a radar hack to detect other players.
