Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we offer no refunds.

Once the key / download has been delivered / viewed you agree to wave all rights for a refund. No refunds will be issued once you have downloaded / viewed the key as we count it as redeemed.

It is your responsibility to check the status of the product, we will not issue refunds if the product is offline or testing. You will have to wait until the product is back online or we will offer you a alternative product if the same price or cheaper.

Before buying hacks, you need to understand that in rare cases users may need to reinstall their windows to fix their issue with cheats, as sometimes a user has an old or corrupted Windows installation, if the customer refuses to reinstall, a refund request will be rejected.

If you ask for help after your key has expired, you won't get any time back on your key, especially on day key access. So please contact support as soon as you encounter an issue and provide all the required information about your issue to help you faster.

We do not replace keys if the problem is on the user's computer. We only add extra time to your key if it's a cheat issue. Please follow the instructions carefully to be able to setup the hack without any problems.

If a game has been updated, keep in mind that the cheats will need to be updated as well. A refund request for an offline/updating product will be rejected.

If you purchase a product during the beta, there is always the risk that it could end at any moment due to issues with the beta & stability issues with the game, when purchasing a product from us for a beta game. Under under no circumstances will we refund the order. If there are remaining keys left you have purchased from us, these keys will work on release of the product when the game is out of beta, if the developer decides to still work on the game, we will not swap these keys to another product. All sales are final with beta keys.

Pricing, Payment, Refunds_____________________________

A Mastercard, Visa, Amex or alternative payment methods which you have the right to use, is required for any paying account or key.
All payments through Mastercard, Visa, Amex or alternative payment are for virtual, non-refundable subscriptions to our forum. After you have accessed our private forum or virtual software, you have received the full value of your purchase.
As all purchases are for virtual forum subscriptions and virtual software, there will be no returns accepted.
The payments you make are non-refundable and are billed in advance. There will be no refunds of any sort or future credits for partial months usage of the service.
Upon accessing our private forums, or accessing our virtual software which both require a paying account, you have received the full value of your subscription and will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
All fees are exclusive of any kind of taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
The Service will not be responsible for any lose of contents or features or inability to perform tasks resulting from downgrading of the account.

Cancellation and Termination___________________________

Upon expiry of your paid subscription, your account will be downgraded to a free membership.
The Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The Service has the right to terminate your account. This will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and you will be prevented from access to the service.
