If you’ve never hacked a game before, then you may be wondering why people love using cheats so much. The truth is that every gamer has their own unique set of reasons why they decide to start hacking in a game like Fortnite. Over the course of this guide, we’re going to look at some of the most common ones.
There’s a reason why battle royale games got so immensely popular over the course of the past few years: winning a battle royale feels like it matters. In a competitive game with two teams, assuming both teams are of equal skill, there’s about a 50/50 chance of you winning the match, which means that the joy of winning gets old.
However, in a battle royale game where you’re facing off against 99 other players, then you only have a 1% chance of winning if the other players have similar skill to you. Of course, the odds are a lot more complicated than that, but this is a pretty handy way to simplify what makes battle royales so satisfying when you win.
However, to offset that satisfaction, winning in a game like Fortnite happens a lot less frequently. When you’ve been playing for a week and you’re dealing with a win drought, it can often feel like you’re playing the game for nothing, and this is where cheats allow you to revolutionize your experience.
When you use aimbots, ESPs, and more to get the edge on your opponent, you’ll find yourself winning matches much more consistently. This will allow you to enjoy your time playing the game quite a bit more and you won’t have to sit in your chair dripping sweat just to have a good time.
It comes as little surprise that many people decide to start hacking in Fortnite when they see other people doing it. Knowing that someone else is able to run around with a huge advantage over you and being unable to do anything about it can drive any player to rage, so why not use those hacks yourself?
Once you’re convinced that many other players are hacking, it’s hard to enjoy the game like you once did. When you end up getting killed in a suspicious way, you’ll find yourself wondering if you got killed by a cheater who you never could have competed with even if you had engaged them on better terms.
Instead of having to second guess yourself every time you die, it’s often better to bite the bullet and get cheats of your own. This will ensure that you’re fighting on equal ground when you’re going toe to toe with hackers since you’ll both have access to tools like aimbots, radars, and no recoil cheats.
Using cheats will also make it more fun to play with your friends, especially if those friends are better at Fortnite than you. When you play with good players and you don’t pull your own weight, you’ll often find yourself being on the receiving end of jibes about your skill level.
In some cases, your friends may not even want to play with you because of your performance. When you use cheats, you can turn the tables on them and quickly become the best Fortnite player in your group of friends without having to worry about getting made fun of.
Ranked play is what keeps a lot of veteran players coming back to Fortnite after all this time, and we have to admit that it’s extremely satisfying to see yourself rising through the ranks as you get better at the game. Of course, this can be challenging when you’re playing the game legitimately.
However, when you have hacks, you’ll easily be able to break through a skill plateau without having to put a huge amount of effort into getting better at the game. Keep in mind, however, that as you rise through the rank brackets, you’ll start to face players who may be talented enough to give you a run for your money, even with cheats.
Sometimes, the main motivation behind hacking is the ability to do things that would have been impossible without hacks. Things like flyhacks and noclip cheats allow you to explore areas of the map that would have otherwise been inaccessible, and you can even use cheats that allow you to teleport vehicles around.
